I came in to fill out some forms. They were nice to my face.. while I was sitting to fill them out for 20 minutes which is fine.. I overhear them talking about people calling them. How they're hanging up, laughing saying "keep calling, I'll keep hanging up." "Call someone who cares." Laughing at others misfortune and vulnerability. These people don't deserve their positions. You can clearly tell from these reviews they pick and choose who they want to help and get in contact with Erin Hitz does not answer her phone or return messages she sent me a letter saying I will be terminated from the program but will not contact me back to let me know exactly what it is she needs. U have to go to a *Voucher* Meeting that lasts about 3 Hours. And they said no *Breaks* So u cant go to the Bathroom. if u suffer from an overactive bladder or Irritable Bowls. you are out of Luck. Your not allowed to use restrooms there. What kind of a world do we live in where we cant Use the restroom where we need to go. And be told when to Urinate and have a movement.
