First time I've been there and not treated like I was less than. Kirsten was so friendly, helpful and courteous. She treated me as an equal and I appreciated that. LHA is a great place overall. They are there to provide housing needs, of various kinds, to a wide range of people. They offer a lot of helpful advice for things that you might be seeking and they always try to answer your questions the best they can. It's a ideal place to look for a place to live if you are in the market.
