I’ve lived here for over 3 years now and it’s been really good. My only wish is that there was in suite laundry but all the neighbours are friendly, you get your own deck and parking in the back. Also the landlords are very nice and easy to work with.
. The only thing I would suggest is that the laminate flooring be protected via tarp as paint splatters on brand new laminate is definitely a misfortune for the Company and will take me four days to restore it. No charge! Lol OMG IT HAS BEEN THREE WEEKS AND I DO NOT WANT TO BE HERE ANYLONGER! Horrible, disgusting, unhealthy, how on earth could Avenue Living Communities allow tenants to live like this?! This suite would NOT pass a legal health inspection!
