I have lives here for 2 weeks non stop banging stomping slamming doors drinking fighting screaming I understand that people will do things that are not allowed but I'm 40 years old being harassed from the younger very disrespectful people in the building 2:00 am the person above me purposely waits untill 2:am to stomp around waking me up then soon as I'm awake and pissed the 2 very loud females on bottom yelling at me telling me to shut up then walking passed my door screaming and yelling insults at me .I have video footage ... read more
I’ve lived here for over 3 years now and it’s been really good. My only wish is that there was in suite laundry but all the neighbours are friendly, you get your own deck and parking in the back. Also the landlords are very nice and easy to work with.
. The only thing I would suggest is that the laminate flooring be protected via tarp as paint splatters on brand new laminate is definitely a misfortune for the Company and will take me four days to restore it. No charge! Lol OMG IT HAS BEEN THREE WEEKS AND I DO NOT WANT TO BE HERE ANYLONGER! Horrible, disgusting, unhealthy, how on earth could Avenue Living Communities allow tenants to live like this?! This suite would NOT pass a legal health inspection!
