They are trying to keep my application fee. I never accepted an apartment. I'm reporting this business to fair housing. How dare they steal money from seniors.

I would give this place a zero. As someone shopping for an apartment for my mother in law, I couldn't believe the demeanor of the leasing person Gwen. The way she looked at my mother in law was enough for me to know we didn't want to put her there. We felt discriminated against the moment we walked in the door. At first I told her we would be there between 3:00 and 4:00. We stood outside for 10 minutes from 3:10 to 3:20 and called the office for 20 minutes. Only giving one star because you have to to leave a review . My mother was living here and ran into health complications was hospitalized and then was moved to a long term living facility and because of this she had to move out of the apartment she lived in. It was 5 days to the end of the month and management was verbally informed of the fact that she had to move out but because she did not write it down and deliver it to management 7 days prior to moving they say she is not entitled to her deposit this place is just anothe... read more
