Jon, Mike, and Amber were a great team! I live on big island. Found my car, took care of everything over the phone and Mike is even flying over to meet us in person! Talk about great customer service!

I was given an appointment which THEY had available for me to bring in for oil change n a recall on my vehicle. I also requested a loaner because I knew it’ll be more than just couple hours but they didn’t have. They were busy n along with that my 12pm appt which they told me to come in they didn’t have any techs available because they were ALL at lunch!
