Granted, the staff from a couple years ago was great and I would’ve recommended them to anyone, unfortunately not anymore. All the vets that we liked moved on, maybe we should too. My dog was attacked and had a open wound on his neck. I had to get between the dogs and tear them apart. I called LHVC and asked if I could rush him over there or just go to the ER to get fixed up. RecommendedI just want to express my appreciation for your compassion and care for pets, even at the end of life. We had to say goodbye to our 21 year old kitty today, but find comfort knowing she received top notch care until the very end.
my dog is very neurotic, but she loves the people at this clinic! we live in the valley. the travel is worth it.

What a wonderful Clinic!! The moment you walk in the door, you feel at ease that your pet will be in good hands!! Dr. Freeman & the vet tech did an amazing job at helping my Pepper girl feel comfortable and at ease which is not an easy thing for her at a Vet clinic!! They took their time and answered questions, they are all about comfort & making it a pleasurable experience for your pet!
When you say you will call us back and you don’t! Not cool.....we will be looking else wear. Which is sad because we were there when Dr Michors Gentemann opened the place.
I recommend them for guinea pigs. I have brought two or three of my four there and they’re always well taken care of and thoroughly checked out. $60 per pig per checkup is reasonable but sometimes getting a checkup is difficult because they require exotic vets. I will say though they lost my business with my dog by not responding to any of my three attempts to reach out to them for questions while vetting vets for my dog. I came here following Dr Freeman from another clinic. I've never seen a more professional and compassionate staff. They greeted us with a bandana and a treat. You get to check out in the room so your not juggling at the front desk. I'm very impressed. Dr. Freeman has been my vet since 1996. He is a wonderfully compassionate vet!
