If your looking for an apartment that is quiet then this place is not for you. I'm very sorry to say that but its true. The lease says you have the right to peace and enjoyment in your apartment, but that's not exactly true at Lincoln Heights Garden Terrace Apartments. I had to do one star to write this review though it deserves no stars because my life in our apartment is disrupted day and night by the people who live above us who are terribly inconsiderate and very loud and nothing is done to resolve the problem. Lincoln Heights Garden Terrace Apartments have new management so I'm giving them a fresh start. I still noticed the maintenance driving the golf carts around crazy on property But I'm sure that will stop after residents start complaining. The new management seems like a very competent caring individual and I'm sure things will be better here. Only time can tell and I will return with updates.
We have lived here for almost 12 years but the manager we have now doesn't keep the rules of the lease. It's 55 and older living and she allows the neighbors above us to have their adult kids and grand baby live with them, a neighbor who goes off on other neighbors...sometimes physically, and it seems that some complaints go ignored. I've complained about people smoking cigarettes and it seems that gets ignored. It seems this beautiful apartment complex needs to be managed differently where the lease is upheld.
I've had the pleasure to live here for 10+ years...it's a lovely convenient location...all the workers here are helpful and considerate ...I'm thankful every day that this is where I call home...
I love love love this place. After 2 1/2 years I’m still super happy that I moved here!!!!!! The entire staff is helpful and nice. And apart from that, I love the location. Super easy to get to stores and bus stops. It’s all about location, location location and pleasant staff!!!!
