I've had the pleasure to live here for 10+ years...it's a lovely convenient location...all the workers here are helpful and considerate ...I'm thankful every day that this is where I call home...
I love love love this place. After 2 1/2 years I’m still super happy that I moved here!!!!!! The entire staff is helpful and nice. And apart from that, I love the location. Super easy to get to stores and bus stops. It’s all about location, location location and pleasant staff!!!!
THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. ONCE AGAIN I'VE HAD A MAINTENANCE WORKER GET RIGHT IN MY FACE FOR TALKING TO OTHER TENANTS ABOUT THE BAD DECISIONS MANAGEMENT IS MAKING ON THIS PROPERTY. THERE IS NUMEROUS TENANTS HERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MANAGEMENT THAT NEED TO BE CORRECTED BY BLACK MANAGEMENT. I'M CONTACTING H.U.D RIGHT NOW ABOUT THE EMPLOYEE GETTING IN MY FACE. A resident of Lincoln Heights for 10 yrs and since we've been under new management for the last 2yrs there has been great improvements for the interest of seniors living here. There's open garden spaces for residents, community activities have been reinstated with a monthly calendar. The garden spaces are beautiful which brings a sense of God's peace and serenity. One of the residents has even made a park like area at the West end of the community. I am blessed to be living here!
