These are the worst apartments my family and I have ever lived in. I would not recommend this place to anybody, and the worst part about living here is the manager, Leticia. She is unprofessional, biased and will 100% show favoritism to tenants who are related to the building owners. These apartments have NO CENTRAL AC/HEAT. These apartments are so crowded that there are units that have like 10 people living in an apartment. There is no control or reinforcement that causes bad living conditions.
My partner and I came to tour the place in hopes for our first home together. Unfortunately we were surprised that the manager wouldn't be available for another hour for the schedule tour we had. On top of that, apparently they do not receive any updates from 3rd party websites promoting their apartments. Although, we are at fault for not calling or double checking ahead of time.
