Let me just tell you that this property has the absolute worst speed bumps in the history of speed bumps, and you will destroy your car simply by living here. Literally take your time going over them or don’t drive over them at all. It’s literally a flaw in the creation of this property and it has never been addressed. It’s ridiculous.Also management is considerably considerably slow to take any action whatsoever. Don’t live here.
I will leave a review every single day if I have time. I will call the corporate office until someone answers the phone. Something is always wrong here and we pay way too much for things not to work. No running water, elevators broken, people don’t answer the phone when you call. And they give us nothing in return. I say as a community we stand up against them until something is done. The bad reviews are a bit overstated, seriously it's a nice place at market rates in a good area My only complaint is can you guys please stop playing music from the pool at 3 am lol? The complex controls this. Please cut it out guys, not cool. I once woke up to music playing at like 6 am, real party stuff, it was so weird. Please cut it out Otherwise nice place, obviously it has a 4.2 so it's good, but just gotta cut it out with the music in the middle of the night , thanks!
Love it here, the office staff Maria, Ashley, Bri and Lauren have always been amazing and welcoming. The housekeeper Maria is the sweetest every morning when I leave to work I see her cleaning with a smile on her face. Maintenance is an amazing I love that they follow up to make sure everything is fine after completing a work order. Beautiful community close to anything that you can possibly think of, I’m so happy that I get to call this place my home.
