I am giving 1 star because I have no chance to give them less than that. My split system wasn’t cooling so I called them and explained them that the system was running but no cooling. A technician came the next day and said that the system had no leaks, and that the pressure was normal. He added a bit of freon and left. The next day the system stop cooling so I decided to check myself for leaks. I checked using soap and water on the same connection the technician checked and I found 2 leaks.
