7/31/2025 - 7/1/2025 I had to just put in a statememt with the city police and next I went in and actually talk to the mayor as well in the court house. Because their Receptionist called the police and filed a false report and accusations.. That in itself is a crime. Doubtful , anybody will do anything about it ... A Major investigation needs to be done for the fact that their ER Receptionist brown hair heavy set woman discriminates against people because it's a County run hospital. The hospital itself is great. The night shift receptionist on the other hand, is not. I didn't catch her name, but every time she works it's an awful experience. She's bitter and rude and foul mouthed in times when people need comfort the most. If you're not good with people you should work with the public.

My mother was admitted for almost a week, and was treated as if she wasn’t important, and as if she was just seeking pain medication. She had severe hypertension causing a terrible debilitating headache and they just continued to pump her full of fluids, antibiotics and pain medication which only really was a blanket for her symptoms and the symptoms would return after a couple of hours worse than originally. If i could leave a zero i would. Two weeks ago i went to fast pace to get swollen lymph nodes looked at. They made me an appointment here for a screening. I check on fast paces end and they made the appointment and told me to call this place to check on the appointment since i hadn't heard back yet and it had already been one week. I took my 18yr old daughter to the E.R. in Dec 2024. She could not stop throwing up and couldn't keep even a sip down . She was so dehydrated she could barely stand. They took her vital signs and her blood pressure was crazy crazy low. Swabbed her for covid even though I told the nurse I gave her a covid test at home and it was negative. Then she said the swab was for flu. She gave my daughter a Zofran and threw us back out in the lobby . My daughter kept throwing up .
