This has been one of the most unprofessional and unacceptable housing experiences I have ever encountered. If zero stars were possible, that would be the rating. Throughout my tenancy, my family and I were subjected to repeated and baseless noise accusations, despite residing on the first floor and making every reasonable effort to maintain a quiet environment.
