Dated and in bad shape The location is nice,and the gounds are nice, but the aparments themselves need major improvements and updates. Heaters don't work, the crappy little window unit "air conditioner" doesn't work. Concrete stairs are broken and dangerous. The rent is far above what it's worth. Management is unresponsive. My recommendation is to avoid this place. There are are other complexes in the area that are far superior and whose rent is comparable.

Run the other way If you like getting miss treated this is the place for you.. You want company over?? Tell them to park in the street because theres no vistor parking... They raise your rent multiple times in year.. Pay more not to deal with stress...

Easy Move! Very helpful and friendly staff! The ladies in the office were of much help while I was looking for my next place. They made it very easy and simple to move this time around.

Lincoln Gardens' surprising turnover New management is polar opposite turnover from the previous workers. Take care of their residents. Awesome job!

Poorly managed and maintained This places is horrible, I would stay away. I put down a deposit and every rent payment on time and try to not bother anyone or damage the apartment. I would consider myself to be a good tenant but that doesn’t matter they are uncourteous, unprofessional, unrespectful and down right shady. I moved in the place was still being worked on I could not use the stove, counter or sink for the first three days because it had fresh paint. Walls are as thin as paper If you are on the lower level, be prepared to only sleep when your upstairs neighbor does. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor talking on the phone (and when they are with their significant other), I can even hear when my upstairs neighbors phone is sitting on a table and vibrates. I can hear when their cat jumps off of a surface onto the floor. I have had to rent a hotel room to get some sleep sometimes. poor pepole skills Its dirty the manger yels at her costmers they tell yoy one thing and do another debbie is definatly slumlord. they never fix wen asked and Debbie is rud wen asking a question. If its something.important. and told me to get the f out of her office. Debbie dosenot in force rules fore her frends that live here reccomemd that no budy move here
