I was out on UNPAID sick leave for a month and they gave me a total of $461.75. I went back to work four days Early and they want $92.35 back. Awful company!
If you're not making good money at your job, they ask. Or if you have any kind of prescription meds that will put you in a high risk category they check your medical records. If you're over 40 you will get denied life insurance coverage. It's all about statistics in algorithms. This company will judge you based on whatever they find online about you. Just remember you can revoke any permission you gave them when you filled out the application for life insurance.
They add stress to already stressful times. It's insane.
