If I could give zero stars, I would. I had to take a leave of absence under STD. They were unresponsive half the time and were taking their sweet time processing my claim. No calls you back. I have to constantly correspond via email and escalated phone calls in order to gain traction. I couldn't even pay my bills on time. I thought that was the purpose of the benefit. To assist when yiu needed the help. I prat really hard that I never have to use them again.
This is the worst company ever for Life Insurance. If you have a loved one who uses this company for life insurance PLEASE change it. My loved one passed 10 days ago! they don’t return calls, voicemails, claims are a joke to them because we have had 3 claims submitted in these 10 days to receive a simple letter of benefits to give to the funeral home for a proper burial. They refuse to return our calls which is causing us to pay out of pocket or push the funeral back! when our loved one has life insurance through them and sh... read more
Horrible to work with. Used them for dental coverage and I’m having to jump through hoops to get a simple dental cleaning covered. It’s been almost a year of trying to submit a claim…
This is the worst company. Lisa wouldn’t shut up long enough to get a question in and Georgia T won’t answer the phone. What a waste.
Incompetent. If you are attempting to open an IRA account, be prepared to wait for many weeks for them to handle things on their end. I called each week to inquire about the reasoning, I got no answers. I finally gave up and decided to go somewhere else.
