These people are ruthless, when you try to surrender a policy they take a month to do it and over charge on the surrender fee. They say they are depositing the money but it takes days to show up in your account, when I finally did get the money it was over charged by almost $300.00 beside the usual $250.00. You have to go through several people to get someone to help. I have spent an hour for the past week and last week on the phone with these people each time and never get an answer......I would not use these people again f... read more
