This company sucks. They have no problem taking my money to “invest” it but it is basically impossible to get your money from them. It’s my money and I should not have to get their “permission” to get my money. Can’t close the account either. Wish I had read the reviews before opening the account because I definitely would not have. Terrible business practices.
this company and employees are rude and do not do a retirement plan with them if you work for a company that use them for retirement your money is their money I don't recommend any employees to use them find your own retirement company I deeply regret it

My baby died during labor on 10/15/2016. I've been in and out of hospitals and psych offices since then. They refuse to pay my benefits, even for my maternity leave! I've been paying for short term disability insurance for nearly two years now, and now I'm wondering why. I'll be advising my coworkers to drop their policies.
They take way to long for anything lie to you on the phone I hope I never have to deal with these idiots again. I don't understand how they are still in business
