Office was great to work with always, even when I was less than kind. In instances where I made a workorder it ALWAYS was taken care of in a timely matter. They communated all entries to my apartment respectfully.
Be careful. Some random lady will harass your neighbors over their trash instead of minding their own business.
I recently moved into lincoln estates, they made applying and the move in process super easy! Renee is who we worked with mostly and she was so kind and on top of helping us through the process. She has been amazing and super responsive since day 1, for that we greatly appreciate her. Also there was one minor maintenance issue upon moving in and with one email to Renee the issue was fixed the very next day ! So far we are loving our new home and management!
I was shown an apartment supposedly similar to the apartment that I was going to be renting because they couldn’t show me the one I was going to be renting and I am not impressed. Everything about the apartment I saw was different than the apartment that I’m in. I do not like this apartment. I have been here one month.
