This place was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Not only was a bunch of stuff broken when we moved in (dishwasher, AC, closet door) but it was downright disgusting the walls were covered in nicotine drips and it smelled rancid to the point you had to hold your breath and didn’t want to invite any guests over. Looking to get my own place. When the lady called me back yesterday, wouldn't let me do a tour of a one bed. Especially when the website says that there is 3-4 units available. And unfortunately, I liked this one the most out of all the apartments I looked at online
I've lived here for over 4 years and had such a wonderful experience. Maintenance is always timely, office gets back to me at their earliest convince. Plus the people in the office are all so nice and very helpful ! Glad I get to call Lincoln Estates my home.
Staff are great . Just did the walk through for my new place with Renee . The bedroom was a lot bigger than I imagined . Carpet is all new . I have a nice coat closet by the door and a large closet in the bedroom . I’m happy to have a dishwasher . It’s more than enough space for my cat and I .
Office was great to work with always, even when I was less than kind. In instances where I made a workorder it ALWAYS was taken care of in a timely matter. They communated all entries to my apartment respectfully.
