I’m absolutely appalled that the manager and maintenance staff have no regard for quiet hours. They have been working on the apartment next door a few weeks now and start at 7am!!! We showed the guy our lease which states quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am and he literally said it didn’t matter. We called the manager and she said she would “try and talk to him”.
