“Sarah” needs a lot more customer service training
Their online bill pay is horrible. I have tried for 30 to pay the bill. Called but cannot talk to a real person., i guess I will have to drive to their office to make the payment.
I have to shout out Colleen in customer service (hopefully I’m spelling it right). I was really confused with trying to set up my account as I’m getting a place for the first time and I kept getting errors and not understanding what was happening. I called and in the matter of seconds she solved all of my problems and helped me get everything set up. So if anyone calls Customer Service and gets Colleen you will be in VERY GOOD hands!
LES is awesome. I’ve always felt this. Paymentis, (the company that provides their phone payment system) sucks super hard. Damn near impossible to complete the simplest task.
