Do NOT rent here or let your parents rent here! My mother went into the hospital on 4/22 and on 5/4 I got a call looking for her rent. I explained that she was in the hospital and that we would work to get it paid as soon as she was released. On 5/15 they started proceedings to evict her. On 5/16 she passed away and we reached out to the property manager to get the rent caught up but it was too late. We were given 12 hours to clear out her apartment before the locks got changed. DO NOT rent an apartment from here!!! The management is horrendous and if you are able to connect with them you just experienced a miracle. This complex is having a severe issue with bed bugs and they are not doing anything to combat them!!! The same tenant has had them 3 times and they are spreading throughout the complex! You will be charged thousands of dollars to combat them based on negligence on behalf of management and they will continue to come back!
