I've seen good and I've seen bad managers, and right now I think we have a nice one. Timely fixes for maintenance, easy to get a hold of management. I will say I dislike waiting almost 2 years for a garage, and parking is a bit unclear right now (reserved vs. permit parking), but I'm content.
Lincoln Creek Apartments generally have new amenities within the home. The environment is quiet, with lots of nature's gifts and fresh air. The nearby neighbors are friendly, safe, secure. Management and staff are very professional, competent, friendly and efficient. They always do their best to welcome us residents. Thank you so much!
