Horrible experience they are ruthless up here someone should call the news on this place , I hope that they start hiring people that know what they are doing up here. I believe in respecting others especially when you are in desperate need of help and when your working you should do your job. I work a hard job to but I wouldn't ever have someone waiting for three hours with a sick kid .. not to mention a women who was in desperate need of help sitting in the waiting room and then.. this is how unprofessional this place is ..... read more
I went very upset with an infection, they were all very nice and professional to me. It was very personal to me; and it turned out i needed several medications, which they discussed fully and if I couldnt afford offered me alternatives.The Doctor,and nurses were all fantastic.Receptionist very friendly and helpful.Thank you Tina Harris
If i could give this place no stars i would they treat everybody like crap or like there faking 80% are rude and they cut corners anyway possible lake st louis is the best alternative i wouldnt be mad if troy mercy got closed down they just changed there name not there rude staff
