My pet his name is Jett was taken from me by Deborah Kimberly. The Veterinarian office Lincoln County Animal Hospital changed his last name, Neutered him, and Chipped him all without my written consent. I also called the chip company and they had no record of my name. I originated the vet care for Jett and brought all his shot records so I could get his puppy shots.
