This place is so much better than Samaritan hospital, they actually try. My only issues would be their traveling providers are not introduced to you as that which makes planning your care a little harder and expectations with referrals not being fully communicated at time of visit but they treat people like people and are kind
I have been a patient here for about 2+ years (no health insurance) and have always been treated with respect and dignity. Front staff are friendly and professional, back office assistants are kind, courteous, and professional. Ive had blood drawn, prescriptions managed, vaccines, referrals for other screenings, all done efficiently. The attending medical staff rotate with traveling docs, PAs, NPs, but all have been great. Highly recommend this clinic
Exceptionally poor service and treat you like they hate you or are contempt with your existence. I called on my way late to an appointment and was advised that if I got there within 5 minutes of the appt, I would be fine. I show up at 1:33 (appt at 1:30), wait in line for nearly 10 minutes while the receptionist is taking care of another thing, only to be told that I would not receive my appointment because she checked me in at 1:42pm. I only went here because my insurance recommended it, and then the insurance didn't pay for it. The bill was high relative to the amount of time spent with the Dr. I'm still making payments. Bad decision on my part.
