My husband had a 20-year term life policy expiring at the end of July 2026. He called to inquire how much it would cost to either renew or convert to whole life. They told him that they could not give him a figure over the phone and would mail him the details. On 7/10/2026, we received the policy details and it was thousands more than we wanted to pay. I had to send and reply back to 3 of the same letters ever since the merger of these companies? They suck bad
Absolutely, the worst insurance company. We purchased a term life insurance policy Lincoln that aged out at 12 years in December, 2025. Lincoln Benefit Life contacted us with bills for the renewal of said policy. We filled out surrender documents four times and each time the form was kicked back to us. Terrible customer service.
Called last week about my life insurance policy and asked if the policy will pay out if I chose assisted suicide in a country that allowed it. The female staff laughed while giving me the details specific to my policy. Look elsewhere for your insurance needs. Definitely don't recommend this company. Luckily I'm genX and a vet and am used to dealing with uncaring fake professionals.
