Everyone there is incredibly helpful. Looked at all of my needs and wants and helped me pick a bike for my size and what I'll use it for. Answered every question I had and more. This is the place to go for a bike.

I just bought a velocipede TODAY from an extremely helpful, knowledgeable associate. I left confident in my purchase and thankful for everyone who helped in the decision, from Jacob who first showed me the bike, the gentleman who answered our questions, and the fellow who rang me up and helped me add accessories. He even gave me the leg strap right off his back! ...so to speak. Excellent customer service, excellent products. I look forward to coming back!
I considered buying a bike from this shop, but ended up buying a used carbon cross country bike i've built into an unorthodox road/commuter bike. These guys have helped me gear out my bike and done great service in the last 700+ miles i've put on my bike in the last year. I would highly recommend them if your thinking about buying a bike or especially if you need your bike serviced, the mechanic's there know what they're doing.
I've been in twice and have had great service. They fixed and worked on my bike while I waited. Really am pleased they offer loaner bikes to ride while mine is getting worked on. I trusted their knowledge about bikes - I said "please do what you think needs done" and I'm very pleased! (This is only because I don't pay attention to $$ a lot- I was shocked when I checked out and saw my total). As I said though it's my car and need to take care of it.
