Jacob is extremely customer-oriented. He did a fantastic job helping me and my family understand which size of bikes we all needed the differences in the styles of bikes. He is very knowledgeable! We appreciated the time he spent with us and the continued service he gives when we go back to their shop.
Just ordered my 2nd bike from Lincoln Avenue. Was deciding between two models and Danny took the time to go through the components and details of both bikes. Even when I've bought accessories the staff always explains the available options so I could make the best choice. I've been biking for about seven years now and can't say enough about the great service everyone at the shop provides.
The owners and staff here are always so helpful. I had never shopped here, despite being a life long resident , until about five years ago. I came to buy my son a bike. It was more expensive than the box stores, but it's also lasted / weathered a ton of abuse. I bought myself a bike rack a month ago that is the best purchase! I love love love it! And was given credit on my old rack that I didn't love so much
