Asked to put in new alternator. Price of alternator was more than double the prices I found online. I wanted Mark to give me an estimate, but no estimate was given, and work already done. Mechanic forgot to put radiator overflow container back in, and I was called to return car to put in. Overall, they do good work, labor prices are reasonable, and I will use them again. But will insist on estimate before work begins.
