We had a bunch of unexpected issues with our condo when we came to visit. Maria Lopez helped us find a room during an extremely busy time and she was able to upgrade us last minute. Incredible service. She was very helpful, had a good sense of humor, efficient, easy to work with. We are very grateful for all the help she gave us. Thank you Maria!!!
Why only 3 stars? They left an alarm clock set for way too early. If not for that, it would have been 4 or 5. I stayed in a 1-bedroom condo, which would have been very nice: decent kitchen with a good array of dishes, cooking utensils and workspace, nice dining and living areas, pretty good bed with decent linens, plenty of storage, nice balcony, garage parking, and front desk let me check in early (probably why the alarm clock got left on).
