Be cautious on renting here. My brother lived here for one year, quiet tenant, not messy and did not cause trouble. After moving out, this company charged exorbitant cleaning fees, a fee for “excessive garbage in the dumpster”, a fee for an oil stain on the concrete etc. Unsure where the garbage was to be left, if not at the dumpster.
