My dog Icey was 16.5 years old. With a previous vet, she would be pacing around the office and even tried running away as soon as she saw the clinic. At Lincoln Animal Hospital, the staff were very warm and inviting so Icey was surprisingly not anxious in their clinic. The staff showed even more compassion as Icey started showing a lot of symptoms of dog dementia and arthritis. We live in North Burnaby and I have been taking our yorkie here for the last 5 years, though the doctors and staff members changed throughout the years, their dedication hasn't. This place just felt right for us. We are completely satisfied with the service and treatment we get at the clinic, they are always accommodating, kind, gentle with our pup and we had a doctor stay overtime after closing hours when we had a slight emergency (wasn't really that bad, but I was worried and everywhere else was closed). I’ve been taking my dog to this vet since I moved to Coquitlam, and I’ve always received amazing service. The team is super attentive, kind, and genuinely lovely with both me and my dog. Now that I’m planning my first trip with my dog, I cannot express enough how much support and guidance I received from the entire staff. They went above and beyond to help us feel prepared and confident. Hands down, the best vet service I’ve ever experienced in Vancouver!
