Went for the first time today with my pug. He hasn’t been feeling good the pass few days and I honestly hate the vet office that I take him to. This is close to my house and the place I bring him never has openings for sick visits. So my husband figured call just to see. We got in right away. At the place office we go to they pick out every little thing from his ears not being cleaned fully to his weight and not listen to me when I am worried about his health. This is an amazing animal hospital. The doctors and staff are friendly and loving. Always there to help. I'm glad they take care of our furbabies.
I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Very poor customer service. I have now had 2 experiences with them. My first and last!
We have always had such great care at LAH. Dr Gillen and his staff treated us so well when we lost ur "baby"- so kind and compassionate. He and Dr Miller take great care of all of our fur babies- from accidental tail tip amputation to annual shots and exams.
Thank you to Dr. Gillen for the care you have demonstrated for our Gwen, my husband and me. We appreciate your knowledge, help and concern. We especially appreciate how you have explained and taught us how to best care medically for our girl. Thanks also to Kim for your helpfulness and can do attitude. You go the next step to be sure we have had what is needed!
This is an exceptionally good facility. Dr. Gillen is so good about explaining the condition and expected outcome. The level of care is amazing, yet affordable. There is so much compassion and dignity when it is time to part with one of our loved furry companions. Thanks again Dr. G and your amazing staff.
Dr Gillen and Dr Jennifer Miller are both amazing and caring! Kim and the techs are wonderful and need recognition as well! They have always been there for us though all our fur-babies! On Thursday they all helped both my baby and myself through a very hard time! Thank you thank you for all you do!! ���
