ACTUALLY THE WORST LANDLORD MY WIFE AND I HAVE DEALT WITH!!!! 1. Can’t communicate in a timely manner or in a competent manner. 2. Don’t understand their own contracts and ESA animals. 3. Can’t keep up with maintenance. On top of all of that whenever I do try to get in contact with them then it takes 3 days for them to answer the phone. As soon as they do answer they are always rude and useless to talk to. They told me to send an email but I guess they don’t know how to use those either.
Lena is definitely the rudest person i've ever met. She complains about everything. Definitely don’t recommend her. She probably needs to retire because that attitude does not fit her job. Never replies back and when you call her she’s always acting like you’re bothering her when her job is to be a property manager. She’s very demanding and felt like i’m her employee when in fact we hired her to work for us. Very unprofessional. 👎👎👎
The worst property management company. If I could give zero stars I would. Ms. Lena is the most disrespectful person I’ve met in a long time. Their staff is near impossible to get a hold of. When you do get a hold of them, none of the staff knows what is going on. Like, how are you still employed when none of you know the answer to my question? Linchpin property management is a company where they are to the point, with prompt, quick attentiveness but it also on the tenant to maintain the property as well. The application process was thorough but did not waste time. They are quick to respond to and fix work orders and they are usually fixed without the issue needing to be fixed again. We had a great experience renting a home from Lena at Linchpin Prop. Management. From seeing the home before renting, to the application process, moving in, maintenance requests, and moving out - we’re thankful to have had a great property manager!
