The worst property management company. If I could give zero stars I would. Ms. Lena is the most disrespectful person I’ve met in a long time. Their staff is near impossible to get a hold of. When you do get a hold of them, none of the staff knows what is going on. Like, how are you still employed when none of you know the answer to my question? Linchpin property management is a company where they are to the point, with prompt, quick attentiveness but it also on the tenant to maintain the property as well. The application process was thorough but did not waste time. They are quick to respond to and fix work orders and they are usually fixed without the issue needing to be fixed again. We had a great experience renting a home from Lena at Linchpin Prop. Management. From seeing the home before renting, to the application process, moving in, maintenance requests, and moving out - we’re thankful to have had a great property manager!
Linchpin Property Management is by far the best property management company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are very professional, personable, and efficient! We never had issues with getting work orders completed and things fixed around the residence. They are punctual, have great communication and are all around immaculate! If I could give zero stars I would. I attempted to call several times and left voicemails to schedule a consultation for them to manage my property. I finally scheduled an appt via their website and received several emails confirming my appointment. I even recieved a zoom link the day of, all for them to completely not show with no word. I arranged for time off from work to coordinate this meeting. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's. Disappointed in their services is an understatement. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
