LINCARE just keeps sending me supplies that I don't need. I paid my bill through collections and Lincare still bills me for that sum. I call the customer line and I rot on hold. Last time I called my wait time was 104 minutes. If you want to work with your customers you need help answering phones and I can't communicate through the online customer portal because that only set up to take payments. Ridiculous. Ok, I've held off long enough. Lincare Cleveland not follow threw with assistance post-equipment delivery. They will avoid any follow up on issues with equipment or understanding of such. I was told to go to a Cpap store that sells to the non-insurred public and pay out-of-pocket for instruction or whatever learning or training needed of said equipment. If you're a Medicare subscriber, avoid this company because you will not be serviced after your initial visit. I'm leaving names and other pertinent information out of this r... read more

Awful awful awful place. Go elsewhere they have played games with my grandma and her oxygen.. I hope yall dont gotta deal with someone doing that to YOUR own loved ones one day. COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED.
