I really like having everything delivered to my house...big plus. Don't like having to be home for a 4 hour span. Person delivering was very nice. I didn't receive any filters and only one nose pillow in my size. Previous company always sent 6 filters and 6 nose pillows.
Very Informative and professional.
At first they did a great job being helpful. The company must not pay the workers enough, they keep leaving. I have waited 3 weeks for a phone call from Lincare to pick up a CPAP machine. Not heard back. My first experience the machine had water leaks several times which shuts the machine down until Lincate fixes it. Then I found out the SD card did not keep track of the nights I successfully slept well with it. It registered 3 minutes only. I feel positive these machines are refurbished OVER and OVER again.
