Just spoke with Tracey the Manager of the Bend OR facility. She was very responsive to our concerns and will be delivering new equipment this afternoon.
I would like to commend and thank Josh Curtis for his service during his visit today. He exchanged my concentrator as well as leaving extra cannulas and lines with me. He was professional, informative and used his time effectively.
Well physical therapist is great. But every time I call to place an order or wanting to speak to someone in particular, I never get a call back and has happened at least 3 to 4 times they need to improve their customer service.
The staff are Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
It's always been a good experience when I need help.
