July 28, 2025 - while traveling through Bend, Oregon today, I desperately needed some specialty items. Brian was amazing, helpful and kind. His help was extraordinary, and I am sure Mondays are crazy for him which didn’t matter as he provided top notch service and recommendations. Thank you again for the awesome service Brian!!
I had a really frustrating experience with Lincare from start to finish. It took me four phone calls just to get the paperwork sent and signed, and even after my doctor returned everything, they claimed they still needed more signatures. I ended up in tears trying to get my equipment—it took nearly three weeks! When I finally went in, the front desk staff seemed totally unorganized and unsure of what they were doing.
