No one answered the phone, 10 minutes wait time Why???
I've been a customer with lincare since 2019. This year I've been having issues with insurance not paying for supplies, called my insurance company they said lincare which has me on auto ship, has been sending supplies that wasn't covered, or sending supplies that only get pd 3 months sending them every month. Terrible, rude aggressive medical supply company. DO NOT do business with them!!
Customer service just stays poor, year after year. This year we're told their mid Florida office had complete change of staff. They don't answer phone. That has been the case for over a year or two. The online billpay does not recognize Dad's Customer ID and has not despite previously reporting the problem. Their phone payment system likewise fails, so you can't GIVE them your money, which is pretty poor business model.
