Ordered on a recorded line, 1 cpap mask and 1 hose( i asked the lady to repeat how many i ordered since they always make mistakes). I received them 6/4/25. On 10/4/25 I received my bill and they charged me for 3 masks. After talking to 9 people they said they couldn't do any thing because of the 60 day refund policy. It's been 55 days since I got the bill so I should get a refund but they say it's from 6/4/25 so I'm out of luck
I would do a 0 if it were available. Horrible customer service. I held for over an hour and was then disconnected. Lied about verifying insurance, lied about filing claims. Charging me fees I should not be paying. Stay away from this company.
No one answered the phone, 10 minutes wait time Why???
I've been a customer with lincare since 2019. This year I've been having issues with insurance not paying for supplies, called my insurance company they said lincare which has me on auto ship, has been sending supplies that wasn't covered, or sending supplies that only get pd 3 months sending them every month.
