I can relate to everyone else that had same issues. Calling no answer, leaving messages no reply or call back. Very sad
Rude and uncaring employees who do not care a bit about their customers/patients. This is a MEDICAL supply company! They have been billing us for 3 months on a hospital bad that we had for 3 days even though we called within 2 hours of it being delivered for them to come pick it back up. Phone message does not tell you they close for an hour for lunch and simply keeps repeating how important you are to them and they look forward to speaking with you. I just moved from Victoria, Texas to Syracuse, NY. I have called them 4 times to get my paperwork transferred to the Syracuse office. The sweet girl from Syracuse office even called them and still no transfer paperwork. I need oxygen tanks. The Syracuse office is sending them because they know I need them. They knew I was a traveler at first. The Syracuse NY office is so pleasant to deal with. Glad I don’t have to deal with Victoria anymore. They used to say they were mailing my hoses that never came.
