Whoever the manager is at this location should have a very strong look at who they're employing. One of the worst customer service I've experienced in over 10 years and among four different CPAP suppliers I have used. Be warned! I started receiving service from them three months ago when I got issued a new CPAP machine. Ladies and gentlemen if you want to stay healthy and receive efficient service please do not use Lincare. The women that work on Belair Road Baltimore are absolutely disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional, extremely poor customer service. My interactions with both women were unpleasant. They delayed my doctor's order and speak to me over the phone as if I was an inconvenience for calling with inquiries about my machine. We had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Lincare’s customer service. For several days, we attempted to reach someone to reorder replacement oxygen tanks for my mother so she could safely attend her multiple medical appointments and therapy sessions. No one answered the phone, and our voicemail messages were never returned. I called Lincare for knee scooter Christine and Terry, we’re very helpful they answered all my questions concerning my insurance call back on Thursday. Christine told me that they had a scooter there. Bring my insurance and the script from the doctor and I could pick it up when I got there. She had set it up and showed me how to work it. She was very professional and helpful.
