We had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Lincare’s customer service. For several days, we attempted to reach someone to reorder replacement oxygen tanks for my mother so she could safely attend her multiple medical appointments and therapy sessions. I called Lincare for knee scooter Christine and Terry, we’re very helpful they answered all my questions concerning my insurance call back on Thursday. Christine told me that they had a scooter there. Bring my insurance and the script from the doctor and I could pick it up when I got there. She had set it up and showed me how to work it.
