Very incompetent people. First, they don’t care about the provider’s order that was sent to them several times. 2. If they dobreceived the order, they sent incomplete items. 3. They do received the order but forgot to process because they’ll go on vacation. You as a patient needs to call to follow up then wait 3 werks before you get what you need . 4.
