After 2 months of waiting, they only delivered headgear, and the connecting face mask. I ordered the long hose to connect to the Luna II CPAP machine and the headgear. I was told it will not be process because they got the wrong insurance. Not sure where they got the wrong insurance. I was told last week of July that it will take 2 weeks before the insurance will kick in and processing of the order. Very incompetent people. First, they don’t care about the provider’s order that was sent to them several times. 2. If they dobreceived the order, they sent incomplete items. 3. They do received the order but forgot to process because they’ll go on vacation. You as a patient needs to call to follow up then wait 3 werks before you get what you need . 4.
