Lance is kind and knowledgeable. It is quite clear he cares about his customers/patients. I've had nothing but all around good luck with customer service on my calls but LANCE IS AMAZING!!!
Never use or trust these people. I should have had my CPAP unit 2 weeks ago. They kept telling me they were waiting on my insurance, they would check into it and get back to me. I never got a call back, nothing. I called my insurance, they had received nothing from Lincare. They showed zero interest in solving the problem. Not trustworthy.
Pathetic Customer Service, simply pathetic. Absolute zero if i could choose zero stars. Waited for more than a month to get a Bipap machine.Each time they gave run around and blamed my insurance when insurance already approved it. I even contacted the corporate office and had a conference call . Also had conference call together with my insurance agent .
