Called after waiting a week for my order. They said it would be here this week. Never showed up noone at lincare and get through to this office to check on it two weeks later. Tried calling the number lincare leaves on these reviews. Immediately transferred me back to where I started without hesitation, restarting the wait on hold game. Ashley Reagan was very helpful in going over polices and procedures for CPAC use. Even though i could not assimilate to the apparatus, Ashley was a pleasure to deal with and facilitated the return without hassle.
Absolutely terrible experience with Lincare Muncie. Every time I call, I end up on hold for 30+ minutes with no access to a real person—just endless redirects through their phone system. Once my doctor’s office sends in paperwork, it’s as if it disappears into a black hole. They exaggerate timelines for getting essential medical devices, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. So far my experience has been similar to the more recent reviews. I have had to call multiple times per day every day, and even go into the office in-person (only to be told to of course continue to call). There has been no effort or empathy put into any interaction or my care. I'm going on 2-weeks and can't even get the office to receive the order from the doctor. Mind you, 2 other companies had no issues ... just Lincare. So I'm putting in more work than anyone in that building and still getting nowhere. It's incredibly fr... read more
