So far my experience has been similar to the more recent reviews. I have had to call multiple times per day every day, and even go into the office in-person (only to be told to of course continue to call). There has been no effort or empathy put into any interaction or my care. I'm going on 2-weeks and can't even get the office to receive the order from the doctor. Mind you, 2 other companies had no issues ... just Lincare. So I'm putting in more work than anyone in that building and still getting nowhere. It's incredibly fr... read more

They do not care about the patient it is only money they want and how much they can recoup from the customer that the insurance allows. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY, and they have horrible customer service. I had to get a CPAP machine from them. I wanted to pay for it and to get a straight answer was impossible, as to how much it would cost. So, after nearly an hour of face-to-face interaction. The customer service here is awful, we are getting discharged from hospital and trying to get setup with 3 month who needs oxygen and customer service representative answered with the worst attitude and than just stopped talking as if she fell asleep or hung up been waiting on answer for over 30 minutes.
They are great at reminding you when you need to order your supplies and mailing them out.
