I had a great experience at the Hot Springs Lincare. A special thank you to Brandy and Carrie—they were absolutely amazing and truly care about the well-being of their patients! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It's rare to find customer service this good these days. Highly recommend!

Rude condescending lazy have to go threw Florida to get them to answer phone can't get them to fix anything then when the hospital won't go by there schedule they take the equipment they have been over charging for years
Been trying for days to get through for my nasal canules. With no luck.
We were traveling and needed a replacement part for a CPAP machine. The staff went above and beyond to help us out. If you are in need of durable medical equipment, this is the place! We cannot thank you enough!
