Don’t waste your time with them. You get one option at initial mask fitting and then when you need to try a new mask, appointments and availability is weeks out which in the end will cause not meeting compliance in time with insurance. Staff is friendly but when it comes to dealing with a timeline and insurance, they fall short.
Simply trying to pay my bill. Customer porthole will never except my patient id number. Paying by phone was an hour and 15 minutes and was hung up on twice by different employees. The worst customer service there is. Lincare makes the post office look efficient.
