Excellent service from both the office staff and Jason who set up my CPAP machine. They took the time to explain the process and offered suggestions for mask selection, usage and maintenance. Very helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has the need for a CPAP device

Lincare is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They sent me a box of supplies, which I did not order. The billing dept. does not communicate with the supplier, and vice versa. When I tried to remove the three items that they billed me for and I DID NOT RECEIVE OR ORDER, I spent 3+ hours talking with the supplier and billing people. At least 7 phone calls so far... Don’t waste your time with them. You get one option at initial mask fitting and then when you need to try a new mask, appointments and availability is weeks out which in the end will cause not meeting compliance in time with insurance. Staff is friendly but when it comes to dealing with a timeline and insurance, they fall short.

Simply trying to pay my bill. Customer porthole will never except my patient id number. Paying by phone was an hour and 15 minutes and was hung up on twice by different employees. The worst customer service there is. Lincare makes the post office look efficient.
