Visited Marquette MI Lincare office 8/7/3025 My husband needed some help with his C-PAP ….The staff were awesome… friendly, and very helpful!!! 5 star rating…. The staff made our day…. Ensuring a good night’s sleep for both of us!!!! Thank you!!!!!
They were able to help with what I needed on vacation. Very friendly staff
Excellent service from both the office staff and Jason who set up my CPAP machine. They took the time to explain the process and offered suggestions for mask selection, usage and maintenance. Very helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has the need for a CPAP device
Lincare is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They sent me a box of supplies, which I did not order. The billing dept. does not communicate with the supplier, and vice versa. When I tried to remove the three items that they billed me for and I DID NOT RECEIVE OR ORDER, I spent 3+ hours talking with the supplier and billing people. At least 7 phone calls so far... Now, I'm told that I have to wait for two billing cycles before the CORRECTION is made. Adjustments have been made twice, but do not show up in my bill, when... read more
