Lincare had on file my banking information for a reoccurring payment about 6 months ago. I ordered more supplies and they could not tell me what the bill would be until after it was file on my insurance. After the insurance company paid a portion they call me about the bill and i said send me a copy of the bill. During this time they withdrew the entire amount from my bank account without my consent because they had banking information on file.
