The very worst CPAP company to make an order from. For the first past 3 months orders from my Doctor was sent to their office in Odessa Texas, after which I had a three way telephone with their staff / manager with my doctors still nothing happened. After a month plus I called this time the manager told me he needed my insurance information which I gave him still nothing happened. My mother-in-law was discharged from the hospital in Aug and was ordered a walker and O2. O2 was delivered and to this date (Nov) we have yet to receive the walker. I called in Sept, Oct, and this month. I’ve been given the run around and told several different stories as to why we don’t have the walker, “We have it but don’t have a driver. We don’t have it but ordering it. When Lindcare came to my hospital room, the guy (Joe) was very nice and assured me we were in good hands. Sent the order for the CPAP over and had to call back about 6 times to see when I could get it. I was either told they did not have the order or they were working on it. When I began to get sicker, my doctor switched to Adept Care, who had my machine ready in 2 days.
