Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in any form. I have been trying to get a quote for a new machine since July 2025 and did the required apnea test as they requestedin July 2025. I have contacted and talked to them through emails and phone calls at least on 7 separate occasions, the last being December 29th. The very worst CPAP company to make an order from. For the first past 3 months orders from my Doctor was sent to their office in Odessa Texas, after which I had a three way telephone with their staff / manager with my doctors still nothing happened. After a month plus I called this time the manager told me he needed my insurance information which I gave him still nothing happened. My mother-in-law was discharged from the hospital in Aug and was ordered a walker and O2. O2 was delivered and to this date (Nov) we have yet to receive the walker. I called in Sept, Oct, and this month. I’ve been given the run around and told several different stories as to why we don’t have the walker, “We have it but don’t have a driver. We don’t have it but ordering it.
