LINCARE made an appt to pick up equipment for 11am. This is days after my husband passed. No phone call and no show. I called and asked when they would pick up, they told me sometime today. I asked for a more specific time frame, as I have many appointments to keep at specific times. They could Not give me even a time frame. I, 60 yo woman will load their equipment and take it to them, just as they didnt help me load it from the hospital either. I expect customer service, not just drop off and bill me.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in any form. I have been trying to get a quote for a new machine since July 2025 and did the required apnea test as they requestedin July 2025. I have contacted and talked to them through emails and phone calls at least on 7 separate occasions, the last being December 29th. The very worst CPAP company to make an order from. For the first past 3 months orders from my Doctor was sent to their office in Odessa Texas, after which I had a three way telephone with their staff / manager with my doctors still nothing happened. After a month plus I called this time the manager told me he needed my insurance information which I gave him still nothing happened.
