The worst. Go with someone else. Power outage and portable doesn't work so im out of o2. Called on tuesday and told would come wednesday... it is now Friday and mot im concerned about making my work shift without oxygen because lincare has pushed my order 3+days back
I rarely leave online reviews, but in this case, I hope sharing my experience may save someone else a lot of frustration and heartache. I gave 1 star because there was no option for zero. I started the process with Lincare in Odessa over a month ago to get needed medical equipment. After several phone calls, repeated delays, and no real progress, I finally decided to switch providers. LINCARE made an appt to pick up equipment for 11am. This is days after my husband passed. No phone call and no show. I called and asked when they would pick up, they told me sometime today. I asked for a more specific time frame, as I have many appointments to keep at specific times. They could Not give me even a time frame. I, 60 yo woman will load their equipment and take it to them, just as they didnt help me load it from the hospital either. I expect customer service, not just drop off and bill me.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in any form. I have been trying to get a quote for a new machine since July 2025 and did the required apnea test as they requestedin July 2025. I have contacted and talked to them through emails and phone calls at least on 7 separate occasions, the last being December 29th.
