I had an issue with my concentrator this morning. I am on 24/7 air,so it required me to all Lincare. The lady was very helpful and got the repairguy to make a special trip to our area,about 40 miles away. Craig worked on it, changed filter and hoses,cleaned it ,changed a couple things on my back up tanks. They were great to work with,from the office to him in my home. Good folks. Gives a good representation for the company.
Lisa and Abby went above and beyond when I had a problem with a piece of equipment just before my vacation. They made phone calls, drove to get a replacement and stayed past closing to make sure that I had everything that I needed prior to leaving the state for a week. Top notch experience!
The crew at Lincare Chillicothe does a great job of keeping us supplied with oxygen tanks and servicing our equipment. Highly recommend this location.
