Was told by the Westerville office this office handles Obetz area … well over the past two months me and my insurance case worker have been fighting with this office back and forth to get my cpap I’ve had to pay so much money out of pocket to rent a cpap because it seems like I can never get a live person then my case worker told them the prior authorization was approved btw took them a week and a half to send it to insurance …. I don't have the words to say enough to thank Lisa Stocklin She came to my home to run a test on my lungs , my breathing. I insisted on not using an oxygen machine ..How wrong I was . After she explained it all to me she was 100% correct and I think her so much for that.
