Shay at the Charlotte office was very professional and helpful. She took the time to listen to my problem. She provided me information that I needed, then called and emailed another Lincare office on my behalf.
KEKE was absolutely awesome. Every question my husband and I had she was able to answer. KEKE made us feel very comfortable with the process.
Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company. A month ago my PCP sends in the order for a machine, never got a call. A week later, I ask my doctor to resend the order which he does and I get an email from this joke of a company saying I need the doctors notes. The next day my PCP sends in the notes and they call me getting my demographics and everything and said a member of the mobile team would reach out.
