Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company. A month ago my PCP sends in the order for a machine, never got a call. A week later, I ask my doctor to resend the order which he does and I get an email from this joke of a company saying I need the doctors notes. The next day my PCP sends in the notes and they call me getting my demographics and everything and said a member of the mobile team would reach out. The technical was knowledgeable, professional, and kind.
It was a little challenging getting that appointments together but once we finally did the people there was very nice to me I would recommend it
