My VA Community Care Physician ordered me some replacement parts for my nebulizer and I was told Lin-Care doesn't acknowledge the VA as Insurance. Therefore, I won't be receiving my parts.
My 5 month old had a g tube placed. We had lincare come to hospital to show us how to use everything. That night when we got home to do it, the tube wouldn’t connect to his stomach no matter what. We didn’t want to push at it any harder as he literally just had major surgery on his stomach 4 hours prior. Finally, we realized she gave us the wrong cord to attach to the button. My baby went without food all night.m due to their mistake. We have the right size cord now.
I've been trying to get in contact with someone about me portable O2 concentrator and no response. Called left messages several times no return call, luckily I have one at home but I'm not an home body. Terrible
