I've been with Lincare for about 6 years,(maybe a year longer) and they've been a good company overall, but occasionally forgetting a delivery. A couple of years ago they closed the Champaign shop and started delivering from Danville. That was ok except I couldnt just go get tanks when they forgot me. Now a few minutes ago I got a call from them telling me they were going to deliver by weekly or even just once a month. My Dad has used them for the past 3 months and they are terrible. They never get the correct amount of Oxygen on the truck. The work order is always wrong, they have to come back to get it correct. The oxygen making machine in the house has been replaced twice so far because the alarm didn't work on it. They give him old equipment is what it looks like. My guess is because he is on Medicare. Are you serious? You supply oxygen, and you all take lunch at the same time???
i have been with lincare for quite a few years and i can say that they have the best service and people working there. they really care about their people who they service, day or night if you have a problem they are there to take care of the problem. glad i have you for my servi.ce
