Doctor tell you about Lincare, Just say NO. This company just cares about them Selfs, been nothing but a night mare, you call number on there equipment it a wrong number, you call LinCare no one answers the phone, you go though Medicare so someone from this dame company will talk to you. they come pick up junk that half works. 5 months later you get a bill you have no idea what it for. stay away all they want is that $$$ they do not care that you want them to pick up their junk, it ok they bill you for it. than want that mon... read more
My husband been trying to get his c pap from Lincare. We get a run around with Lincare and in the meantime my husband still doesn't have his c pap. This is ridiculous that the patient has to suffer because someone can't do their job. Lincare tells us we need to go to Medical West, but my husband hasn't been there in 11 years, and we moved, and Troy is closer for him. Medical West says we have to get transferred to LinCare. Lincare says same thing about Medical West. Do Better!
I am so happy with the results of my visit today. Billie and Jodi were so so helpful. I had a bad experience with this Lincare before but am totally satisfied with these 2 employees and the remodeling that has been done. Thank you so much for making these major changes!!! Before my visit, I was ready to find a different Cpap provider but I don't have to now. BRAVO Lincare Vincennes, IN!!!
My insurance keeps getting billed for 404.52 for oxygen and I donut and have not had their services for over 5 years. There has been no current doctors approval for oxygen. I am at a loss. I have tried and tried to get someone to answer the phone in billing with no success. My insurance continues to be billed???? Thank you D Rivers
On 1/3/24 had to pickup my own oxygen because three weeks earlier ALL delivery people quit . This has been an on going issue and their ON CALL policy needs review because all personnel I have had complain about this .
Lincare has been all we needed since my husband developed pneumonia a little over a year ago and needed oxygen due to a history of asthma and COPD. They were at our house the day we came home and have been supplying all we have needed since. The person that came to our home was knowledgeable and kind; needing oxygen at home was a new experience and Lincare made it a good one!
Very terrible customer service. Been waiting almost a month just to get set up as a customer despite needing medical supplies. Whenever I call for a status update I get caught in a phone loop being transferred to various departments multiple times. Highly discourage anybody from using this company.
This company is terrible! Doesn’t seem like anybody knows what they are doing. Had my husband machine for 3months and keep saying it is corporates fault! Saying it is not his machine or not the right pieces they sent! It is frustrating
I have been dealing with Lincare for months for various medical equipment . I am a senior citizen trying to get oxygen for my breathing problems ( Lung disease) and this is ABSOLUTLY THE VERY WORST COMPANY EVER IN MY LIFE that I have had to deal with, Customer service is the WORST EVER. Not to mention their attitudes . I WOULD NOT SUGGEST OR REFER ANYONE TO LINCARE. Furthermore I would encourage all Drs. and all Insurance providers to go with any other company than LINCARE.
