I called and ordered hoses, etc for my oxygen concentrator. They were delivered to my house quickly..
Amanda Harris walked me through everything and was very patient. She really took her time with me. The next day I had issues and called her several times and once again very patient and kind. My throat hurts a lot and I’m afraid to bother her again.
Quick, efficient, and professional. Everything was explained thoroughly and they took the time to make sure I understood everything.
My delivery guy is good. The rest of the organization needs help. Delivery is only every two weeks whether I still have tanks or if I’m out of O2. If I need more I have to go get it from them at the store. They have two other trucks in their yard and they don’t use them. They need to hire more people. Period! Another thing, they changed from the M6 tank to the M9. The smaller tank lasted just as long, if not longer. They changed because they said it was cheaper.
