Horrible. Find another supplier.
A coworker of mine purchased a piece of equipment from them and was paying monthly. They randomly took over $800 from her account recently. When she called, they told her that her equipment has been paid for for almost a year and they had no clue why she was being charged. Over a week later and they still haven't refunded the money, and when she called they denied all knowledge of speaking to her the week before. Honest mistake or theft? Doesn't really matter at this point. I'll gladly revise this review if/when they make it... read more
Not good experience, walked in and they was talking about another patient's file while I was standing there! Would not want my grandfather's business to be shared to the world like that. Not recommended.
